Privacy notice
For this website, bradford.tax. Last updated November 4, 2026.
The short version
This site uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics, and it loads nothing from other companies. The only information it sends anywhere is what you type into the Get started form, and we use that only to answer you. We never sell or share it.
What happens when you visit
Like any website, the service that hosts this one (Microsoft Azure) receives the technical details every browser sends — your network address, your browser, and the page you asked for — so it can deliver the page and protect the service. We do not use those details to identify you or follow you around the web.
What the Get started form collects
- Your name, and an e-mail address or a phone number.
- What you need help with, and anything you choose to tell us.
- How you heard about us, if you say, and the name of the campaign when you arrive from a link that carries one.
The form goes over an encrypted connection straight to our office’s own system, where it becomes a record of your inquiry. To keep the form from being misused, our system briefly uses your network address to limit repeated submissions. Please do not type Social Security or bank account numbers into the form; it refuses a Social Security number.
How we use it
Only to answer your request — by phone or e-mail, as you agreed when you sent the form. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
If you become a client
The information you give us as a client is protected by our engagement with you and by the laws that protect tax return information.
Links to other sites
This site links to the IRS, the Ohio Department of Taxation, RITA, our client portal and our social media pages. Each has its own privacy terms.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
