Your books, kept every month, ready for tax time.
Monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks or Xero, kept by the same firm that prepares your tax return.
Who it is for
Owners who would rather run the business
Small businesses, the trades, farms and nonprofits that want their books current every month — not caught up once a year in April.
Behind on the books
We catch the books up first, then keep them current month by month.
Doing it yourself today
Hand the monthly work to us and keep the view: you still see your books in QuickBooks or Xero.
Starting something new
We set up the chart of accounts and the bank feeds so the first year is clean. New businesses
Every month
What is included
The same work every month, so the year-end is a short step, not a scramble.
- Transactions recorded
- Bank and card activity coded to the right accounts in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop or Xero.
- Accounts reconciled
- Bank, card and loan accounts reconciled to their statements each month.
- Monthly reports
- A profit and loss and a balance sheet from your books. These are bookkeeping reports, not an audit, review or compilation.
- Ready for the tax return
- Year-end entries made with the people who prepare your return, so the books and the return agree.

How we price
Your first conversation is free.
Each fee is set by the work your situation takes — the forms, the entities, the state of the books. You get a written quote before we start, and no surprise bills. More on how we price
Which software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Xero. If you use something else, call us and we will tell you whether we can work in it.
What does monthly bookkeeping cost?
The fee is set by the work your books take — how many accounts and transactions, and the state they are in today. You get a written quote before we start, and your first conversation is free.
Are the monthly reports audited?
No. They are bookkeeping reports prepared from your books. We do not provide audits, reviews or compilations.
Can you catch up books that are behind?
Yes. We bring the books current first, month by month, and then keep them current.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. Bookkeeping clients work with us online: your software, the client portal for statements, and phone or video when it helps.
